Refund policy

Returns
We gladly accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. You will receive a full refund less a $5.00 flat rate fee for return shipping. You may log into your account to initiate a return or email our support team at support@strlnd.com.

Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to purchases of the same style number and same color but a different size of that same item within 30 days of the original purchase. Final sale, giveaway prizes, promotional items, and customized items are excluded. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. There is a $5.00 flat rate fee for shipping per exchange. Please email our support team at support@strlnd.com to start an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products are inspected at 3 different times before we ship them out to you, but in the rare instance when you receive damaged products or the wrong item, please email our support team at support@strlnd.com and include a description and photo. After review and confirmation, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Gift Cards
Returns and exchanges do not apply to gift cards. All sales are final.
